Over the years, we've worked together to create multiple versions of the Carlo app, always ensuring that our decisions are grounded in data and informed by the voices of its users. To enhance the app's design and functionality, we dove deep into the existing solution to identify areas for improvement. By connecting directly with Carlo’s users, we gained valuable insights into their needs and preferences. This engagement led to a complete UI revamp, making sure the app not only aligns with Carlo's growth but also remains user-friendly and intuitive. We also looked at what competitors were doing, which helped us bring fresh ideas to the table. Through this partnership, we continuously refine the Carlo experience, ensuring it evolves with the brand and delivers a seamless and rewarding journey for users while supporting local economies.
We are continuously working with Carlo’s business team to enhance the app and improve the user experience every day. Our focus is always on creating a user-friendly design that meets the needs of Carlo's users. Thanks to these efforts, Carlo has achieved a high Net Promoter Score, reflecting the quality of the UX. We regularly update the app based on user feedback, simplifying the interface and adding features like a dynamic banner for real-time offers. The homepage remains clean and intuitive, with key functions like cashback balance and QR code easily accessible.
We focused on delivering a simple and smooth payment experience tailored to our target users. By streamlining the process, we ensured it remains fast and easy to use. Based on user feedback, we confirmed that over 95% of users could complete their payments in under a minute. To build trust, we implemented the highest security measures, ensuring users feel safe with every transaction. These enhancements help create a seamless payment journey that’s both secure and efficient.
We’ve created a nationwide community that connects users with their local merchants. Now, merchants are easily accessible to users based on their location, making it simple to find and support businesses nearby. Users can make direct payments to these merchants, creating a seamless and efficient shopping experience that supports the local economy. By enhancing accessibility and convenience, we’re helping build stronger connections between communities and their favorite local shops.
We've focused on improving the user experience by analyzing users' transaction history. We discovered that this feature was the fourth most used by our users, which encouraged us to expand it. We added more details about their spending and shopping habits, making it easier for users to track their finances. Users could now view their transactions categorized by dates, merchants, or categories. This enhancement not only provided clearer insights but also helped users manage their money more effectively. Our goal was to create a more informative and user-friendly experience.
